I studied communications in college but now working as an operations manager. The shift has been quite drastic and operations management is really not my forte. It is totally different from what I am used to. I never really understood how operations work - the KPIs, metrics, process flows, etc. ...

My cousin graduated from college recently. She is now a nurse, I think not officially since she still needs to pass the licensure exam. I’m very happy for her and I believe that she deserves a gift. My cousin and I used to be really closed when we were kids ...
